We get on a scale and trust the numbers that roll up. The truth of the matter is we need to be much more concerned with the percentage of fat lose, verses the actual amount of weight lost. Losing muscle for the sake of a better number on the scale defeats the purpose of true weight-loss. In the end losing the wrong type of weight will make it all the easier to gain more weight back.
